The Dolphin

This tiny constellation of Delphinus is located just east of Aquila. The asterism of four stars forms rectangle is obvious in skies from summer to early fall, called "Job's Coffin" in the west or "Stars of Lozenge" in Japan. One of many myths said that a Dolphin of the constellation had rescued Arion who was a poet and travelling from Sicily to Corinth, was thrown overboard by the ship's crew.

NGC6934

NGC6934 is a small globular cluster contained in the constellation of Delphinus, positioned at 7 degrees south of small diamond-shaped asterism of the constellation. The cluster has an apparent diameter of 6 arc minutes and a brightness of 9th magnitude. You can recognize it with binoculars as a stellar-like figure, and small scopes can show you a dimmed image like nebulosity. The cluster looks like a normal round shape, has no characteristics worthy of mention. It's a tiny globular in a tiny constellation being in hiding within the eastern coast of summer's Milky Way.

NGC7006

NGC7006

A very compact globular cluster, bathed in about 3.5 degrees east from gamma Delphini, is NGC7006. The cluster has a diameter of only 3 arc minutes and 10th magnitude. The stellar density is very dense, several outer member stars can be detected in this picture. The NGC7006 is one of most distant globulars in heavens, it's lying about 185 thousand light years away from the Earth and about 150 thousand light years from the center of Galaxy

Parent Star: HD 195019 (G3 IV-V ) in the constellation of Delphinus is located at a distance of 65.3 Light Years from our Solar system Co-ordinates of Right Ascension: 20 28 17.28 & Declination: +18 46 12.7. The apparent Magnitude of the star is 6.91. The Inner Edge of Habitability Zone is 0.78 AU & the Outer Edge of Habitability Zone: 2.44 AU and the estimated stellar lifespan of the star is 9423 million years. Orbiting around HD 195019 is planet HD 195019 b the planet is believed to be a Clarified Jovian planet and its exitence has been confirmed. The Planets Appearance is Blue and cloudless at Mean Orbital Distance and it is outside the habitability zone. The planet Orbits around the star every 18.3 ± 0.2 Days and was discovered by Marcy etal in 1998.
