Hara Line & Tan Tien Within the hara line and tan tien section of the site you will learn firstly about the tan tien, which is located, an inch and a half below your belly button. It is common when grounding through this point for it to feel hot and go from its natural brown colour to a bright red colour. You will also learn about spiritual chakras known as Dan tiens. The Dan tiens are to the soul what the seven main chakras are to the physical body and as we ascend into spirit form it is these centres that become our lower centres Then you will move off to hare lines and aligning the hara line through the tan tien and the Dan tiens and down through the base chakra and sinking it into the earths core Once you have mastered the hara line and aligning to your higher purpose. You can then work you way through the hara laser line & core star meditations, and hara line development techniques. And as you work through this section you may find the art of stillness technique very useful as you go.
