Working With Your Intuition
Working With Pendulums
While they may appear simple, pendulums are powerful and useful divination tool. By interpreting the movements of a swinging pendulum, you can tune into your intuition, find the answer to any question, and locate objects and energy centres in the earth. When you get a new pendulum, the first thing to do is let it tell you what means "yes" and what means "no" -- each pendulum is different, so be sure to ask it. One pendulum might move in counter-clockwise circles to mean yes and a diagonal line to mean no while another does completely the opposite and a third does something entirely different. Get to know your pendulum and allow it to absorb your energy and get to know you. Ask it controlled questions and see how it behaves. Use it with charts, either drawn on your own or specially prepared in pendulum books, to provide guidance on more complex issues and decisions. The applications for pendulum divination are limited only by your creativity and imagination.
The Pendulum
This technique is adapted from an ancient tried and true method. You can use a crystal or wooden pendulum or even a ring on a piece of cotton will do. Holding your pendulum in your hand so it can swing freely from three to six inches on it cord, think of a question you may want to ask. One good question to ask which I get a lot is are the techniques in this site real and do they really work? Now address your pendulum as you would address your intuitive self. (Think of the pendulum as an intuitive middle person). The first question to ask your pendulum is what kind of movement will indicate a yes answer. Now begin to breathe deeply and rhythmically, and wait for the pendulum to start moving by itself. It will! Note whether it moves around in a circler or back and forth motion. Next, follow the same procedure to ask which kind of movement will indicate no. Now ask your questions, making sure that it can be answered by yes or no allowing the pendulum to move freely on its own.
Working With & Reading cards
This technique is very much like Zener Cards the only difference is with this technique we are using colour not symbols and this technique is very good for shaping your intuitive skills. Exercise
For this technique you are going to need a pack of normal playing cards, now open the pack and take the jokers out of the deck and shuffle the deck then lay the deck of card face down on the floor. Then take the top card of the deck and lay it face down to not look at the card. Now place your hand over the card and blend your energy with the card and clear your mind of all thoughts and focus on the card. Without guessing listen see if you can read wether the card is black or red and when your ready turn the card over if you are right place it in the right pile and if you are wrong place it in the wrongs pile. Then take the next card of the deck and place it face down and try reading it do this for all 52 cards and be honest with your self. Theres no point it cheating your only cheating yourself. On A note pad or in Notebook record how you went and try again the next day see you go.
Do This Daily for best results.
Working With Automatic Writing
Automatic writing is the process, or product, of writing material that does not come from the conscious thoughts of the Writer. The writer's hand forms the message, and the person is unaware of what will be written. It is sometimes done in a trance state. Other times the writer is aware (not in a trance) of their surroundings but not of the actions of their writing hand.
Exercise
Pick a subject you want to explore, like your job, or an actual project, or even one of the techniques you are working on. Remember to warm up for this creative process, try breathing exercises and neck rolls and have a note pad or notebook and a pen close at hand, or use your typewriter or even your keyboard on your computer.
When you feel relaxed and focused, begin by saying or thinking something like, "I'm now opening myself to all the creativity I need." Then just start writing quickly and spontaneously, with out worrying about whether the output is smart or "good" or even grammatical. Just let yourself flow with your pen and see what turns out. Later, look for patterns or significant fragments.
