Ida – on the left, major nadi running on the left side of the spine from mooladhara to ajna through which manas (chitta, ichchha) shakti flows, and which governs the mental processes.
Ishwara– is the supreme Ruler of the universe; its creator, sustainer and dissolver. Ishwara is Brahman seen within Prakriti.
Isita – the power to shape anything as desired; siddhi
