Protection Shields Fifth Force Energy Bubble Introduction Fifth force energy may be the spring of life in the human energy system but it can also be used as a protection shield if needed. Visual Exercise Step One Stand in the middle of a room. Step Two Then visualize that your physical body is filling with energy. Step Three Then visualize an image of fifth force energy being made up into a bubble. Then project that bubble around your physical body like in the image below.

Step Four
Then check that the bubble is solid in construction and free of cracks and lines.

Step Five
Then see and feel this fifth force energy bubble is becoming a form of physical matter.

Step Six
Then try firing something like a visual gun at this fifth force energy bubble or dome. See how your bubble or dome holds if your bubble or dome breaks then try again, if your bubble holds then well done.

Wall Shield

Visual Exercise

Step One
Get comfortable and relax.

Step Two
Then visualize that your physical body is filling with fifth force energy.

Step Three
Then visualize that there is a wall forming in front of you about six feet from where you are.

Step Four
Then check the dimensions of this wall you have created. The wall should be about six inches think and solid with no cracks appearing in any part of this wall that you have created in front of you.

Step Five
Next hold your right hand out in front of you and push fifth force energy into that solid wall in front of you and fill that wall with fifth force energy.

Step Six
Then hold your left hand out to your side and drop a line of energy from your left hand deep down into the earths core. Then draw energy from the earth into your physical body and push the earth energies into that wall shield as well.

Step Seven
How does your wall shield look to you? Is it solid with no cracks or lines in it? Is it more powerful after pushing fifth force energy and the earth energies into it? If so well done now open your eyes.

Invisibility Shield

Introduction
The invisibility shield is used in interstellar travel and time travel to hide the visual body, Physical body and the human energy system form other humans or other telepathic alien races that we may encounter along the way.

Visual Exercise

Step One
Get comfortable and relax.

Step Two
Then close your eyes and see your visual body standing in front of you.

Step Three
Then visualize that you are holding the magical cloak of invisibility in your hands.

Step Four
Then in your own time place the magical cloak of invisibility over your visual body and as the cloak covers your visual body see your visual body becoming invisible so that you can not see your visual body in front of you any more.

Step Five
Then feel your energy system becoming invisible as well do that no telepathic race in the universe can detect your presence when you are approaching them.

Step Six
Then in your own time remove the magical cloak of invisibility so that you can see your visual body and feel your energy system again.

Step Seven
When you are ready just open your eyes.
