Zebra Stone
With black stipes to match it's name sake animal, Zebra stone is one of the best stones for pain management. Zebra stone is also a stone that can help us connect to mother earth and to the infinite energy and love in the universe. Zebra stone, by these connections, can show us our own true natures and help us see past illusion. Zebra stone is particularly effective at protecting one's aura. Physically, zebra stone stimulates energy, and is beneficial for stamina, endurance, bone disorders, osteoporosis, teeth, gums, muscle spasms, and heart palpitations.

Zeolites
Zeolites are a family of minerals and related minerals, including apophyllite, chabazite, stilbite, heulandite, goosecreekite, laumonite, natrolite and others. Technically, zeolites are framework silicates with exchangeable cations and some of the minerals considered zeolites metaphysically do not strictly fit the technical criteria, but are like "cousins" with some metaphysical properties that are the same. In particular, zeolites are said to be extraordinarily helpful for absorbing and removing toxins, whether it be in the environment or in a person. In a person, this metaphysical aspect would make zeolites excellent healing stones, and they are often used in conjunction with Reiki. Zeolites are also said to be useful for agriculture or gardening, especially when they are buried in the field or garden. Zeolites are said to remove negative energy and bring in happiness where the negative energy was. Mystical healing lore says that zeolites are helpful for goiter, addictions, detoxification, and bloating. Each individual type of zeolite also has its own unique metaphysical properties.

Zincite
Zincite can improve the condition of the hair and the skin. It is also a good mineral to work with on the male prostate gland. Zincite also helps to align the subtle bodies with the physical body, making it a great stone to work with for healing purposes. Zincite can work to bring together your own personal emotional power, your creativity, and your physical energy, and as such, it is good for helping to remove energy blockages. Zincite is a very good mineral for groups of people as it brings together those of like minds. Another way it can be good for groups of people is that it helps to further relationships. It is also useful for increasing mental clarity and perception. Increases our levels of connection with the higher realms.

Zircon
All colors. Clear, colorless, natural form: Works with the Crown Chakra and transpersonal point (and pituitary and pineal) for Universal Truth, intuition, durability, steadiness, integrity and connection with "All That Is." Eases depression, insomnia. Also historical poison detoxifier. Man-made (cubic Zirconia or "CZ") is not nearly as strong/effective as natural. "Pink Ice" is pink CZ.

Zoisite
Green with red streaks of ruby. For trust in the universe, releasing fears. Strengthens heart, energy/adrenals and reproductive Chakra. General health.
