Rhodizite
Rhodozite is a tiny pea-sized dodecahedron crystal--a ten-sided crystal. This is another gemstone that recharges itself constantly, like Selenite. These gemstones are rare. Rhodizite helps you retain memory of your astral travel experiences. It helps you to see your life goals (in the metaphysical sense) and also to manifest your dreams (I call them your "wants" as opposed to your "needs"). This is a very useful Shamanic stone.

Rhodochrosite
Solid to clear pink. Gentle, yet probably the most vibrant loving stone to heal the Heart Chakra, especially for giving/receiving love. "Stone of Love and Balance". Also for loneliness, loss, heartache, fear, insecurities, inner-child issues, abuse, incest...Helps self-forgiveness, deservingness and trust issues, spiritual-and self-love, desire to live, purpose. Best worn 24 hrs. a day. Electromagnetic. Stronger than Rose Qtz. Solar plexus, stomach (anxiety), food addictions, anorexia, asthma, eyesight (especially emotional not-seeing, to avoid pain). thymus. Open the hand healing Chakras. Specialized uses to detox/heal blood, liver, cancer. Works in the bathtub to de-stress the body. A fairly recent discovery in the mineral kingdom. Comes in shades of orange and pink. Has stripes of various width in shades of white. A very beneficial stone for those with asthma or other respiratory illnesses. Helps you filter out the irritants that trigger respiratory difficulty. Also purifies the circulatory system and the cleansing organs, especially the kidneys. Helps you alleviate irrational fears and paranoia. Will enhance the dream state. Suggested to be used in conjunction with Malachite or Copper.

Rhodonite
Pink, black inclusions. Helps with confusion, Focus, Peace and Love. "Stone of Love". Works with Heart Chakra; helps us express confidence and lovingness on physical plane in day-to-day ways. Calms and feeds the soul through the heart; love and service. Soothes nightmares. Stress, heartache, loss, etc. Ancient use also: Speech/hearing problems/growth, fear, illness (emphysema, asthma...) Strengthens mantras, chanting, affirmations, singing, toning. Use for trauma, confusion, and confidence. Very beneficial upon the growth of bones and the hearing system.

Richterite
Richterite is a stone of calmness, relaxation and strength. It is said to help lessen the "fight or flight" syndrome associated with PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and other anxiety states. It is said to help one balance action and reaction, and handle life in a calm, steady, and strong manner. When one is already in a relaxed state such as meditation, richterite can profoundly deepen the relaxation, allowing the body freedom to heal more fully, grow stronger, and for the mind to expand into higher states of awareness. As a throat chakra stone, richterite is involved with communication, but rather than external communication it is primarily involved with communication within the entity or person. Physically richterite is used in folklore and spiritual healing to aid in healing of circulation problems, glandular problems, particularly thyroid problems, respiratory problems, parasites, fevers of various kinds, and typhoid. Richterite is commonly associated with the throat (5th) chakra.

Rubellite
Rubellite is pink to red tourmaline. It is a stone of balance and calm. Emotionally, rubellite helps bring emotional balance and helps open up, relax, and detach from personal pain. It can be used with lepidolite as a super-powerful energy for calming people in distress. As prosperity is a natural effect of a life in balance, rubellite also brings abundance. Rubellite is also a stone of passion, bringing passionate energy and love. Physically, rubellite balances the body's electrochemical system, strengthens immune system, heals backaches, and reproductive system disorders, detoxifies the blood, assists with recovery, and eases the effects of radiation poisoning. Rubellite is associated with the sacral and root chakras, as well as the heart chakra.

Ruby
Contains chromium (blood sugar balance). Wealth, Joy, Love, Sexual Energy and Power. Warms, energizes after exhaustion. Strengthens physical and emotional heart (4th chakra), love, courage, confidence, vitality, stamina, strength, leadership, success over challenges. Intensifies all emotions (passion, jealousy, impatience, love...) Attempted use for pressure/control (for love) backfires onto user. Used for reproductive/root Chakra; infections, cholesterol, clots, blood detox (alcohol, caffeine), sexual blocks. Stimulates circulation, menses, pituitary healing the earth. This gemstone must be carefully scrutinized before choosing it for healing purposes. Classic stone is usually a deep, brilliant red, but can be found shades of pink or lavender. Found in the US, India, and Sri Lanka. A powerful stone whose stimulating energy can bring startling things to light. An amplifier of energy-both positive and negative. Can bring anger or negativity to the surface quickly. Should be used with a knowledge of how to gain from the experience. Otherwise you are likely to be overcome by the passion it stirs up. Can also amplify positive energy. Helps us in all matters of love, including love of ourselves. Benefits the heart and circulatory system, and can assist in the filtration and detoxification of the body. Also suggested for the eyes. Stimulates motivation and visualization.

Ruby Aura (Ruby Aura Quartz)
Ruby Aura Quartz is quartz that is treated by permanently bonding platinum or gold and platinum to the surface of quartz crystal. Crystal healing and metaphysical lore of Ruby Aura is as follows. Ruby aura is a stone of passion and vitality. It is also very protective, especially so in times of upheaval and turmoil, and against aggression and violence. It is helpful for overcoming survival issues of all kinds and cleansing the base or root chakra. Physically, in crystal healing and traditional folklore, ruby aura is used in healing the back, feet, hips spine, and legs.

Rudraksha Seeds
Rudraksha (or Rudraksa) is the dried fruit of Elaeocarpus Ganitrus, which grows mostly in Indonesia.. Rudraksa literally translates to: Rudra=Shiva.s aksa=Eye, meaning that it is pleasing to the eye of Shiva. Sometimes it is referred to as "Tears of Shiva". Hindu holy literature has it that Rudraksha beads, also known as Rudraksa, have many special powers, including curing all types of ailments and absolving all kinds of sins. The number of facets each bead has changes the number and types of sins that the seed can absolve. Altogether, Rudraksha is a powerful healing and absolution component according to traditional Hinduism.

Rutilated/Rutile Quartz
